Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Creation of tax documents under the regulation of the double taxation treatment and on behalf of our clients
- Send tax documents to our clients and monitor its progress
- Supports the processing of tax documents in the relevant Back-office system
- Archiving
- Support in administrative tasks like reconciliation and matching of internal suspense accounts
- Support in transferring funds received from tax authorities to clients
- Assist in managing replies and deadlines of communication with clients as well as with sub custodians.
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Student of business or a related field
- Prior experience in a relevant industry is a plus, but not required
- Strong collaborating and teamwork abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes
- Customer oriented and client-focused approach
- Fluent in Englisch (German is a plus, but not required)
