The position at a glance
The Financial Security (“FS”) department is part of Americas Compliance, an independent, vertically‑aligned Group function. United States Financial Security (USFS) is led by the Head of Americas Financial Security, based in Jersey City, and is responsible for all compliance activities related to AML, BSA, KYC, sanctions, and anti‑bribery and corruption.
The Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst is responsible for the project‑management of those compliance activities and serves as the liaison between USFS, CEP‑IT, and other stakeholders whose requirements generate project‑management demand.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a Group‑wide function in a highly visible position. The successful candidate will report administratively to the Head of FS Nearshoring Platform and functionally to the Head of the US PMO, and will work with a broad range of colleagues on regulatory, risk, and audit initiatives.
In detail
- Ensure that project status, issues and successes are communicated to the project team, stakeholders, sponsors, applicable committees, and all levels of management, and that they are documented appropriately.
- Develop project plans, including tasks and milestones, and perform periodic reassessment of progress with re baselining as needed.
- Assess project risks and track issues throughout the lifecycle.
- Complete all project closure documentation.
- Work with PMO colleagues to escalate issues to higher levels of management when required.
- Prepare documentation needed to satisfy regulatory requirements and other management directives.
- Collaborate with IT (application support and development) and other relevant teams on IT projects to draft, review, and obtain sign off for business requirements.
- Improve the Power BI dashboard to drive KPIs for the PMO team.
- Assist in designing a SharePoint site that automates the delivery of project status and enhances the PMO repository for all project documentation.
Work conditions: This position provides for standard working conditions in an office and a normal work schedule from Monday to Friday.

- Knowledge of English
