ABOUT THE JOB
As a Trade Finance Operations Specialist, you will manage the needs of CIB clients to ensure service excellence. You will work within our European Service Centre, handling guarantees and documentary products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle CIB client requests directly to meet or exceed their technical requirements.
- Support corporate groups with technical aspects of commercial LCs and documentary collections.
- Assist the Front Office in booking and properly processing deals.
- Verify all necessary approvals from Credit Risk, Compliance, and Legal before proceeding.
- Instruct the Centralised Back-Office in India to ensure transactions follow international regulations.
PROFILE & SKILLS
- You have a good understanding of documentary products and regulations (UCP, ISP, URR, ISBP, URC, etc.).
- You know general accounting rules and specific rules for documentary products.
- You are proficient in Word, Excel, and SWIFT.
- You speak English (Mandatory).
