About the job

• The Digital Advisory team is designed to be the ‘functions touch point’ within the Global Banking Digital Office business line, addressing the BNP Paribas functions’ concerns in offering clients our electronic products and services, including BNP Paribas’ electronic banking platform ‘CENTRIC’. s, but also driving the Global Banking AI and digital initiatives
• Digital Advisory Trainee will report and work with the Head of Digital Advisory 
   
   

Your Main Activities Are

• Support internal teams in topics related to the implementation of Digital and Artificial Intelligence tools
• Working across various stakeholders, managing and updating various databases and records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Conducting regular reviews and audits to maintain system integrity and security
• Assisting in the preparation and dissemination of internal communications, such as newsletters and training materials.
• Collaborating with Business Intelligence teams to analyse data and summarize findings for reporting purposes
• Gathering and incorporating feedback to update risk management documents and registers
• Addressing and fulfilling stakeholder requests related to terms and conditions, approvals, and other relevant matters

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance or Business Management
• Demonstrated motivation to work at the intersection of fintech, innovation, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Ability to draft clearly and explain technical or regulatory topics in plain English
• Comfortably using digital tools, platforms, and systems, especially Microsoft Office, internal workflow tools, SharePoint
• Analytical mindset and ability to understand and interpret policies, regulations, and processes
• Willingness to learn quickly, collaborate with others and take ownership of assigned tasks
