Data Reporting Analyst (Part-time)

We are looking for Excel enthusiasts who would like to join the Data Reporting team! :) 

What will be your daily agenda?

• Ensuring complete satisfaction of our clients and ensuring data accuracy.
• Willingness to develop new reports and improve internal client management of KPI indicators.
• Preparation of supporting documentation (overviews concerning fleets) for colleagues from the sales department.
• Responsibility for full reporting of activities for the headquarters
• .Responsibility for preparing customer reports (overviews concerning fleets, ad hoc reports) and consulting them with colleagues from the sales department.
• Preparation of indicators for the sales department.
• Preparation of service delivery indicators.
• Responsibility for preparing supplier and operational overviews and discussing them with the Chief Operating Officer / Procurement Director.
• Being an active member of a team focused on improving existing processes and being a process owner (key user)

Skills required:

• Reporting skills
• MS Office - mainly Excel on advanced level 
• English and Slovak - on communicative level 
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills

Contract: via agency (for 1 year)

Salary: 1000 euro brutto
