Role Overview:
This role focuses on leveraging data analytics and models to drive sustainable improvements in customer journeys. You analyze customer data to propose and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction. Providing actionable insights to sales, marketing, digital, and customer service teams is crucial, and enabling them to make data-driven decisions and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data analytics to improve customer journeys and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and interaction data.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
- Strong ability to analyze complex data.
