About the Job
- The Continuous Improvement Team Manager’s main mission is to lead a team of Continuous Improvement (CI) project managers and CI trainers and coaches to take Continuous Improvement concepts, tools and culture across the organization, always seeking efficiency opportunities within its scope of activities
Your Main Activities Are
- Lead CI Methodology’s maintenance
- Promote CI brand equity & develop general CI culture
- Manage the team resources to service both ITO and non-ITO clients and lead strategic planning on team’s priorities to deliver the new mandate of the team specifically on:
- Training and Coaching:
- Lead CI training catalogue’s design, maintenance and global coordination
- Plan training calendar
- Run Learning Academy
- Run Leadership Training & Coaching
- Arrange external CI certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
- Run ad-hoc trainings & workshops
- Lean Ambassadors and WINs:
- Define and disseminate key guidelines and best practices globally
- Manage local Community, including new members onboarding and roadmap planning
- Perform new Lean Ambassadors’ Onboarding Training
- Animate Community (Campaigns and Events)
- Support Lean Ambassadors’ Cells
- Coordinate the WINs global related topics and projects
- Provide methodological support for High Potential WINs initiatives and empower the Lean Ambassadors to support Low / Medium Potential ones
- CI Maturity assessment
- Own and promote assessments’ frameworks (design and updates)
- Run CI Maturity assessments
- Design and run an appropriate governance framework to interact with team's clients and stakeholders while regularly reviewing the team’s services catalogue to match the team's clients' evolving needs and priorities
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Engineering
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong experience on Lean methods and tools
- Strong experience on change management methods and tools
- Advanced facilitation skills
- Leadership: Capacity to bring together different stakeholders' visions and have them converge towards the same common target and get their full buy-in
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the business
- Collaboration and active listening skills
- Rigorous, organized, and execution oriented
- Team player, ability to work cross functionally for the general interest
- Sense of priority: capacity to draw the line between important and secondary matters and switch between macroscopic and detailed issues permanently
- Pragmatic
- Previous experience in project managers/Change team management is a prerequisite
- Skills as coaching
- Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification
