Communication Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our Communications Team. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our voice, driving engagement, and narrating our story across multiple platforms. Responsibilities:

Craft and drive communication strategies that resonate with our organization's culture.
Lead communication projects, keeping them on track and up to our high standards.
Measure and report on communication success to guide senior management decisions.
Inspire a vibrant communication culture, encouraging innovation and engagement among employees.
Create captivating content across social media, newsletters, and our website to boost brand visibility.
Guide and motivate the Marketing and Communications team to deliver effective communications.

Requirements:

Over 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication
Up to a year of experience in managing a team
Fluency in English (min. C1 level)
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus
Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
Strong organizational skills and ability to anticipate business/strategic evolution
Ability to inspire others and generate commitment.
