Communication Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our Communications Team. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our voice, driving engagement, and narrating our story across multiple platforms. Responsibilities:
- Craft and drive communication strategies that resonate with our organization's culture.
- Lead communication projects, keeping them on track and up to our high standards.
- Measure and report on communication success to guide senior management decisions.
- Inspire a vibrant communication culture, encouraging innovation and engagement among employees.
- Create captivating content across social media, newsletters, and our website to boost brand visibility.
- Guide and motivate the Marketing and Communications team to deliver effective communications.
Requirements:
- Over 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication
- Up to a year of experience in managing a team
- Fluency in English (min. C1 level)
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
- Strong organizational skills and ability to anticipate business/strategic evolution
- Ability to inspire others and generate commitment.
