Financial Reporting Specialist

About the job

  • The Financial Reporting Specialist needs to be able to communicate with Infinity EMEA Managers on regular basis and provide them relevant information to support them in the decision-making
  • Therefore, it is necessary to have a proactive approach in the exchanges with the management in order to propose and advise new initiatives that will help the teams to monitor cost and headcount figures

Your Main Activities Are

  • Monitor Costs and budget definition and control
  • Control, Assist and Report the actual expenses figures to the Infinity EMEA Management and beneficiaries (re-invoicing)
  • Participate to the analysis of the Infinity Transformation initiatives
  • Identify and Implement Smart Saving initiatives
  • Follow up of the Headcount and Full Time Employees figures

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Financial Analysis and Advisory
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and rigor
  • Team player and able to collaborate
  • Able to manage and facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee or training
  • Able to develop and adapt a process
  • Able to understand, explain and support change 
  • Analytical Ability

About the Team

  • The main objective of the Monitoring unit is to support the Infinity Managers understanding their costs and assisting them in the definition of their Forecast and Budget
  • The team is also the owner of the re-invoicing process, being the SPOC of the Infinity beneficiaries. 
  • Additionally, the team will be in charge of identifying and implementing some smart saving initiatives
