We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chapter Lead to lead our team of Business Analysts within Tribe Customers.
As a Chapter Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the career development, optimal contribution, and continuous improvement of our Business Analysts, while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Key responsibilities:
- People Management: Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, responsible for staffing, development plans, and performance management. Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and development, ensuring that each team member reaches their full potential.
- Coaching and Way of Working: Ensure that all Business Analysts apply the standard way of working and optimize it continuously. Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and expertise, and promote a culture of excellence and best practices.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Cluster Product Owners, Product Owners, and other Chapter Leads to ensure that the right Business Analysts are positioned in the right roles, working optimally together with other roles to deliver high-quality outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective communication, and mutual understanding.
- Tribe Management Team: As a member of the Tribe Customers management team, contribute to the daily functioning and continuous improvement of our department. Collaborate with other management team members to drive strategic initiatives, share best practices, and ensure seamless execution of our goals.
- Simplicity and Customer Focus: Emphasize simplicity in all aspects of our work, ensuring that chapter members strive to reduce complexity to a maximum. Foster a customer-centric mindset, keeping interactions as simple as possible for customers and employees. Encourage the team to design and implement solutions that are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
- Value Culture and AI-First Mindset: Foster a value culture where the optimal balance between investment and outcome is sought continuously. Encourage a mindset of continuous improvement, innovation, and experimentation, ensuring that the team delivers high-value outcomes that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Additionally, promote an AI-first culture, embracing the adoption of AI-powered tools, techniques, and methodologies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
- Guild Contributions and Community of Practice: Contribute to the relevant Guilds, a cross-department body that optimizes practices for various roles, to ensure that our Business Analysts are aligned with industry best practices and standards. Additionally, facilitate the Tribe's Business Analysts Community of Practice, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This includes organizing regular meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote best practice sharing, way of working optimizations, and skill development among Business Analysts.
HIGHLIGHT YOUR STRENGHTS
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams, preferably in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of business analysis, project management, and agile methodologies
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
- Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and development
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with AI-powered tools, techniques, and methodologies (desirable)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French, both spoken and written, and able to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
