The Cash Management Intern role is based within the Cash Management metier of CIB. Primary focus is to achieve new sales income for the group by originating leads while building and maintaining strategic relationships with existing clients and developing new clients. The candidate will engage in consultative selling by identifying client needs and providing innovative solutions to target clients.
This position is critical to achieve balanced and continued growth of the franchise. This position is critical in continuing our recent success of the MNC segment while we taking strategic aims to grow our LLC (outbound) segment. This position will also serve as a central conduit to help focus the team (both immediate as well as expanded) on a common, client centric goal.

Primary Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will
Hands on exposure to client delivery, cash management and global banking – while building practical skills through real projects.
Support Cash Management Implementation
Assist with end-to-end implementation activities, including account opening, documentation, product setup and tracking key milestones
Work across Teams to Deliver for Clients
Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Sales, Product, Operations and Technology teams to follow up on actions and help keep client implementation on track
Support Client Service & Issue Resolution
Assist with day-to-day client requests, track open items and coordinate with relevant teams to support timely resolution.
Other contributions
In addition to the primary role as cash intern, this position will also support for other front office concerns including Product. Backup arrangements and workload rebalancing will be determined through ongoing discussions with the team and the team head.
Gain Practical Exposure to Treasury and Cash Management
Support client meetings, prepare presentations and reports, and contribute to projects covering payments, liquidity and cash management solutions.
Contribute to Team & Business Initiatives
Support process improvements, knowledge management and ad-hoc initiatives that enhance team efficiency and the overall client experience.
