Job Title: Assistant Vice President, On-Site Controls
Location: 12 E 49th Street, New York, NY 10017
Duties: Performing assigned review scoping and test work, under the supervision and guidance of the OSC VP/Team Lead. Delivering review assignments that adhere to methodology and quality standards. Participating in the enhancement of OSC’s professional practices (methodologies, test plans, RAPs and Review QA etc.). Supporting OSC U.S. in executing special and ad-hoc sanctions-related projects. Develop and implement financial security programs and procedures based on national and international regulator requirements. Implement remediation and transformation plans on sanctions-related topics. *Telecommuting permitted 50%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas Inc. office in New York, New York. Travel 30% to Europe and Asia.
SALARY: $115,731 - $135,000 / year
Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related role in a banking or financial regulatory environment. Must have three (3) years of experience with the following: Demonstrated expertise (DE) with the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulation requirements; DE performing financial security analyses within the banking industry; DE working within international sanctions and risk & control frameworks; and DE with international sanctions and filtering and screening tools within an international bank or international financial services organization.
