JOB CONTENT

Role Description and Purpose 

    • To provide support in Administration within Compliance team and provide support with other tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities 

  • To manage and administer Compliance documentations;
  • To perform new regulation monitoring including to prepare gap analysis documents;
  • To provide support on Investment Compliance monitoring;
  • To provide support in regulatory reporting and prepare materials on Compliance report ;
  • To perform necessary preliminary check on marketing materials where required to be checked by Compliance team;
  • To provide other support required by Compliance & Legal team.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Min Diploma 3 or bachelor in legal, finance and /or accounting and/or Informatics / System Management;
  • Relevant training is a plus point;
  • Fluent in English (verbal, reading and writing).

Essential Skills/Competencies 

  • Focus on Details;
  • Mature, Discipline & self motivated;
  • Ability to work with rapid deadlines and;
  • Good time management, setting priorities and managing multiple tasks.
