Sr Operations Analyst – Clearing Reconciliation

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute daily reconciliations of equity, fixed‑income, and derivatives instruments against the clearing position.
  • Perform daily cash reconciliation against the clearing position.
  • Support business development across the different lines (Global Markets, Global Banking, and Securities Services) in defining and building new reconciliations and controls.
  • Design and implement technical solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing the manager’s operational risk.
  • Foster team development and lead by example together with the local Head of the Control Tower.
  • Assist the local Head of the Control Tower in safeguarding the bank on Operational Risk matters and collaborate with the OPC and the local Risk team to define, implement, and enhance local controls.

Position Requirements

  • Completed higher‑education degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Experience in operations or middle‑office functions.
  • Experience with operational controls and reconciliations is a differentiator.
  • Knowledge of product families (derivatives, equities, fixed income).
  • Advanced Python and VBA skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on transformation.
