About the role
You'll be the face of Arval, covering a large geographical area across the UK. Your mission is to support and train dealerships of a leading UK OEM, helping them understand our products and overcome any barriers to success. You'll be their go-to leasing expert, providing timely and commercial solutions to their queries. Building strong relationships to ensure complete customer satisfaction is at the heart of this role. This is a home-based position, with at least 3 days a week spent visiting clients.

- Supporting and training dealerships to understand our products

- Developing relationships to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Managing a large region with effective time management and flexibility
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who thrives on building relationships and has a passion for vehicle leasing. You'll effortlessly move through businesses, developing meaningful connections both internally and externally. Your ability to truly listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions will be key to your success. Experience in selling contract hire is essential.
You’ll also be able to demonstrate:
- Superb customer relationship management skills
- Ambitious attitude with a team player spirit
- Experience within contract hire, funding, and Fleet cycles
- Ability to quickly grasp issues and provide robust solutions
The package
We offer a basic starting salary of £40,000 to £45,000, plus on target commission of up to £18,300. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
