Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager on Wealth Management Tax (FTC - 24 months)

This position will be based in Lancy (Geneva - Switzerland) for a duration of 24 months.

YOUR TEAM

• WMIS CH is the Swiss located sub-team of WMIS, global IT for BNPP WM business line. there are around 15 Swiss stakeholders within more that 900 BNPP staff. Rest of the team is mainly based in Chennai, then Singapore, Lisbon and Paris. It covers ADM and IT Ops perimeter.

YOUR WORK DAY

• As SME, you are the main counterpart for WM business teams in Swtzerland and Europe.
• you gather business requirements, specify for development teams and follow up deliveries and planning.
• Organise and follow up UAT
• Answer ad-hoc MAnagement queries. Proactively keeps sponsors / stakeholders informed. 
• Ensure planning, budgeting, capacity and project tracking
• In particular, follow-up of generation of yearly Tax reporting for European sites.
• With your expertise, you can provide Level 3 support to users and other IT stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• Experience in working with large distributed IT teams
•  At least 10+ years of experience in the banking IT field (

  private banking, wealth management

  ) as project manager or business analyst.
•  At least 5+ years of experience working on Regulatory OR Tax matters

YOUR SKILLS

•  Mandatory experience in topics related to regulatory topics for European banks, especially on the following:  AEOI/CRS, FATCA, IRS871m, SRD2 or Tax Statement - in order to advise or challenge - requirements given functionally and solution proposition by the DEV Team
• Strong Functional knowledge of Back Office processes, financial products, trade life cycle obtained either though an IT core system implementation project or via positions held within the Operations department of Bank.
• Organization and management of tests (SIT / Non-regression, UAT)
• Good to have - Core Banking System standard (Olympic version A or F),
• Good to have - Knowledge of front office application (PMS - Triple A is an asset)
• Software : Knowledge of Easy-Tax (Regnology) is an asset and (SaveTax, Tax source,…) welcome
• Good to have general IT Knowledge: SQL, Scripting, java/J2EE, architecture principes ,IT Security concepts)
• Incident and change management tool (JIRA, Relman)
• Independent and result driven
• Analytical skills, rigorous
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure (tight deadline in a offshore and international context).
• Ease to work in a multicultural environment (Asia / Europe)
