Head of CIB EMEA Cash Management Pricing to Billing Team

MISSION
The Head of CIB EMEA Pricing to Billing team will manage and oversee a new and dedicated team in charge of ensuring coordination and consistency on CIB EMEA Pricing to Billing processes (P2B) for Cash Management.
The candidate:
1. Will empower the team to lead coordination, consistency, and alignment across all stages of the P2B value chain, on 3 pillars: Administration/Governance, production with activity monitoring and supervise revenue management initiatives closely with Cash Management Head of Sales
2. Will play a key role in streamlining processes, ensuring permanent consistency all along the value chain and enhancing operational efficiency
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Leader and Management expectations:
• Oversee and coordinate the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration between each sub team in an efficient and high level of performance
• Empower the team in new responsibilities within CIB and promote best practices, driving continuous improvement by giving a support to the team members.
• Lead the implementation of the new target operating model (TOM) of the value chain, defined to improve the efficiency of the quality of the monitoring based on robust concepts of administration, clear processes End to End.
• Hire new joiners, facilitate their onboardings, and develop teamwork and team-spirit to ensure an efficient communication between all stakeholders on the value chain: Pricing to Billing team, Cash management Officers, Implementation managers, Billing team, IT, Product Owners…
- Supervisor on Administration and Governance:
• Oversee and coordinate team members in charge of references for Pricing to Billing value chain: product reference, standard pricing for all EMEA countries and pricing methodologies.
• Ensure permanent alignment and integrity across the entire front to back value chain.
• Ensure all referential data are up to date and consistently applied in all systems and processes, from Product Owners, Pricing and Billing configurations for all Cash Management products.
• Lead the coordination of the pricing to billing workflow, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and aware of process changes or updates.
• Ensure that Pricing to Billing governance and processes are efficient, organize Pricing to Billing Committees and manage all actions of change management for continuous improvement on the chain value.
• Act to prioritize actions of the team and execute a regular follow up of the actions defined and encourage initiatives to facilitate the execution of tasks.
- Supervisor of Production and Monitoring activities
• Oversee and coordinate the team members in charge of production and monitoring, empower them as Single Point of contacts managing end to end action of production throughout the value chain.
• Ensure P2B officers support front officers on new transactions for all topics of pricing and billing with the key ambitions defined in the Target Operating Model: EMEA common methodology, clear information on products, ways of pricing, standard methodology, standard pricing, rules of deviations…
• Coordinate actions of supervision to ensure actions are done in time and act as an escalation point of contact to prioritize and accelerate the actions expected in dependence (Front Office, Implementation, Billing, IT…).
• Oversee the execution of the control plan and ensure a strong level of control operated by the team members with relevant reconciliation. The control of reports / dashboards will ensure a permanent and exhaustive view on the consistency of the transactions.
- Supervisor of Revenue Management initiatives
• Oversee and coordinate the team members in charge of revenue management initiatives, guiding them on the prioritization of data analytics and remediations initiatives, and in their support to front office on mass repricing actions.
• Ensure the maintenance of dashboards leads to the identification of opportunities and the generation of growth of revenues.

a. A deep understanding of Cash Management operations within the CIB environment, preferably in pricing operations
