Deputy Team Leader Private Capital Liabilities Team with French

Responsibilities:

  • Support Team Leader in ensuring that team’s results are fully green; e.g. SLA delivery, service quality, productivity, internal/external audit results are all exemplary,
  • Support Team Leader in setting operational goals for the team, staff development and training, organization of regular staff meetings, feedback sessions, twice yearly appraisals, incident review meetings,
  • Maintain superior relationship with business partners and clients, 
  • Proactively support line Team Leader  in any BAU topics, crisis management, meetings and projects, especially during TL absence
  • Processing of distributions and other payment related tasks for French PE&RE funds in compliance with internal procedures
  • Management of cash reconciliations on several accounts and keeping track of fees

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial industry
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong drive or interest in developing people management skills, with a clear desire to grow into leadership role
  • Interest in banking operations
  • Good Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience in Management as a plus
  • Accuracy and client focus approach
