The Swiss Cash Management Team is a high‑performing, multicultural sales group. We serve Swiss‑headquartered corporations as well as multinational enterprises that operate locally or regionally through subsidiaries.
YOUR WORK DAY
We are seeking a Senior Cash Management Sales professional for our Zurich office. The role is centred on business development and the acquisition of Swiss corporate clients. Reporting directly to senior management, the Senior Sales Executive will drive revenue growth and enhance the bank’s competitiveness, playing a pivotal role in BNP Paribas’s strategic objectives in Switzerland.
Key responsibilities include:
- Marketing and selling a comprehensive suite of cash‑management solutions to corporate clients in Switzerland and throughout the BNP Paribas network.
- Building, managing, and expanding a portfolio of Swiss‑headquartered corporate customers, focusing on new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships.
- Leading and supporting complex sales engagements, including the preparation of RFI/RFP responses and the design of tailored solutions.
- Acting as a trusted cash‑management advisor to external clients (Treasurers and Treasury teams) and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as Relationship Managers.
YOUR SKILLS
- In‑depth knowledge of cash‑management and treasury products, including ERP and Treasury Management Systems, payment channels, SWIFT, APIs, file formats, and liquidity solutions.
- Proven sales expertise with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong network among large corporate clients in Switzerland.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities to engage senior client executives.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Language proficiency: fluent in English and German; Swiss German is a plus, while Italian and French are advantageous.
