Your daily responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for capital raising and investor relations for existing clients and prospects for BNP PAM Alts in Italy, with a mixt background covering both institutional and retail/wealth clients.   
  • Contribute to sales strategy for BNP PAM Alts in Italy for institutional clients: define market dynamics, product / institutional client priorities.
  • Define specific priorities for retail/wealth being a strategic and growing client segment (UL regulatory framework with insurance companies, private banks, family offices, local partnership…).
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects.
  • Promote full range of BNP PAM Alts expertise (RE, PE, infrastructure, private credit).
  • Strong collaboration with internal Alts teams and BNP Paribas Group worldwide: investment, sales, BNP CIB, BNP WM.
  • Ensure achievement of agreed sales targets and revenue targets.
  • Increase visibility of BNP PAM Alts in Italy working hand in hand with the marketing team to pick the relevant events, conferences…

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in sales in the financial industry with experience in the alternative asset classes.
  • Excellent technical skillset in Real estate, infrastructure, alternative credit and private equity with the ability to pitch without the portfolio manager i.e. a very deep understanding of the product range. 
  • Strong client base in Italy covering both institutional and retail/wealth client segment.
  • Proven track record on Sales achievements with institutional and retail/wealth clients in the asset management industry.

Knowledge and skills:

BNP Paribas Asset Management

BNP Paribas Asset Management offre des solutions d’investissement, intégrant une approche de durabilité, pour les épargnants individuels, les entreprises et les investisseurs institutionnels.
