Position Purpose
Resource will be a part of the Reference Data team
within Client Engagement & Protection.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Maintain referential data include SSI’s listed in
CRDS, Atlas II, Signplus. OMR and other downstream systems, with respect to
the operational procedures and service agreements.
- Follow standard procedure and ensure accurate
information is setup for the client
- Carry out verification of requests processed to
ensure optimum quality
- Train new staff on procedure and best practices
- Participating to each UAT period before the
implementation of each new release in production
- and propose enhancement of data management.
Contributing Responsibilities
- in turn to External customers.
- Active participation in regular review of
operational procedural changes /requirements during processing function /
staff meetings.
- Active participation in Projects / System Changes /
UAT / new system implementation when required.
- Contribute to develop & propose ideas for a
better partnership with Business and On-shore
- Prepare MIS/KPI reports as and when required or
requested by stakeholders
