Retail & Micro SME Credit Analytics Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute end to end model development processes related to retail and SME credit products and risks.
• Coordinate with relevant units to ensure integration into systems and propose improvements in collaboration with underwriting and decision system units.
• Lead model monitoring framework and oversee model performance indicators.
• Integrate alternative data sources into analytical models and strategies.
• Provide timely alerts and insights on all model related topics to senior management.
• Contribute to the development of the Bank's credit policies in coordination with underwriting units and business lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in advanced analytics, credit risk management or strategy.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields. 
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong command of data analytics tools such as SAS, SQL, and Python.
• Proven experience in hands on model development.
• Knowledge of local and international regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and the implementation of new analytical technologies.
