Job Title: Project Manager – AI & Data Transformation

Position Purpose:
· Assume end-to-end accountability for achieving the project objectives, in line with commitments made to the Business, in compliance with the entity’s strategic direction and the sponsor’s expectations.
· Lead the entire project and coordinate all stakeholders and contributors.
· Act as the project’s primary point of contact.
· Support the delivery of innovative AI-driven solutions aimed at improving IT operational efficiency, decision-making, resilience, and production stability.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Assume end-to-end accountability for achieving the project objectives, in line with commitments made to the Business, in compliance with the entity’s strategic direction and the sponsor’s expectations:
– Be accountable for achieving the project objectives within budget, deadlines, and deliverable quality
– Coordinate preliminary studies in liaison with the Business/sponsor
– Ensure business needs and AI/Data use cases are properly defined and validated
– Ensure requirements are consistent with the selected needs and that the proposed AI/Data solutions are technically feasible.
– Ensure the solution is suitable (including sizing) for all requirements
– Ensure the solution is validated with all stakeholders
– Prepare, consolidate, and validate estimates and the project plan throughout the project lifecycle
– Ensure delivery, operability, and go-live of the solution
– Identify and manage risks that may arise during project delivery, in coordination with all stakeholders. Develop the mitigation plan for these risks, including the associated cost
– Identify resource needs in terms of headcount and technical/functional skills
– Based on delivery capacity (technical and human resources), identify the project’s impacts on strategic demand planning and adjust it as needed
Contributing Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for the entire project:
– Act as the main contact with the project sponsor
– Be responsible for communication to all contributors and beyond, as applicable
– Support governance bodies, steering committees, and executive reporting.
– Contribute, where applicable, to the evaluation of team members by identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
– Identify best practices and share them within the entity and across the Group.
– Facilitate and/or participate in communities of practice.
– Develop relationship networks across AI, Data, and IT Production teams
