Arval Arval Competence Center Warsaw is the latest initiative of the BNP Paribas group, which aims to develop competences and business services. Currently, ACCW employes over 100 people who, every day, in various languages, help Arval Group entities to efficiently serve Clients and Partners. In ACCW, solutions are being created that aim to streamline the customer and supplier verification processes. The center specializes, among others, in credit analyses and KYC analyses, and performs tasks in the field of HR data administration and internal control. Arval Competence Centre Warsaw (“ACCW”) supports onboarding activities of several entities of Arval in the process of selecting and managing the risk of the prospects and existing Clients and Suppliers.

In connection with the development of Arval Competence Center Warsaw, we are looking for candidates for the following position:

                                        Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Delivery: Plan, execute, and monitor transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence. Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee project documentation and reporting. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify key stakeholders, establish effective communication channels, facilitate workshops and status meetings, present progress reports and executive summaries. Foster strong working relationships locally and internationally. 
  • Governance & Compliance: Apply ACCW guidelines, ensuring all projects comply with governance frameworks and standards. 
  • Risk and Change Management: Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, resolve issues promptly, and drive adoption of new processes and systems through effective communication and training. 
  • Systems & Tools Coordination: Serve as the local point of contact for global owners of corporate tools (PRC, KAT, JSM), ensuring integration, correct usage, and continuous improvement of these tools within ACCW. 
  • Process Improvement & Transformation Delivery: Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, support digital transformation initiatives, and promote continuous improvement and best practices. 
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work collaboratively with internal departments and international teams, sharing knowledge and seeking feedback to drive effective project delivery. 

Our requirements:

  • +5 years of project management in international environment, preferably within financial or insurance services and experience in delivery of projects involving process change management, efficiency improvement, software implementation, quality management
  • Project Management Expertise: Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Leadership & Communication skills: Ability to lead diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels (senior leaders, local teams, external partners); excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; stakeholder engagement and conflict-resolution abilities. 
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Skilled in analyzing business problems and proposing actionable solutions; persistent in overcoming obstacles and driving continuous improvement. 
  • Risk & Compliance Awareness: Understanding of governance principles and risk management; proactive and ownership mindset - identifies risks, suggests solutions, takes actions, communicates, follows through to resolution
  • Systems & Tools: Ability to quickly learn new applications and translate technical information for non-technical users. 
  • Adaptability & Reliability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities; demonstrates excellent time management, organizational skills, and accountability. 
  • Customer Centric approach: great interpersonal skills, understanding of client needs, spotting opportunities for growth, delivering win-win solutions
  • Collaboration: Open-minded, solution-oriented, and able to establish strong relationships with internal and international stakeholders. 
  • Fluent English (min. B2)
