We are currently looking for a:
Private Capital Audit Coordination Internship (M/F)

CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES
The candidate will be joining the Private Capital Audit Coordination Team and will provide support with the overall monitoring of the year-end audits.
WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?
Within a dedicated team of the Private Capital department, you will be in charge of:
· Preparing the upcoming year-end audits for all Private Capital clients by:
o Identifying the scope of entities that will be audited
o Centralizing the audit timeline preparation with all BNP teams involved (Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, Depositary…)
o Update the audit guidelines based on feedback received from the relevant BNP teams
o Manage access requests to audit platforms
o Ensuring audit kick-off meetings for each client have been organized with clients and auditors and that main items have been discussed (validation of scope of audit and audit timeline, sharing contact information and audit guidelines)
· Monitoring the progress of audits by communicating KPIs on a regular basis to the Private Capital management on:
o Deliverables as per agreed timelines
o Audit queries status
· Reporting to BNP Management Audit findings, Management Letters and overrun costs after the completion of the audit

Professional experience and/or degree
Education:
Master’s Degree (>=5 years)
Professional Experience:
At least 6 months in an AIFM, Management Company, Depositary, Administrator, or Audit firm
