Position Purpose
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data dashboards to support business insights. Your role will involve querying data, designing analytical dashboards, and translating data into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Participating and assisting in the definition and setup of the list of KPI and dashboards.
- Proposing and implementing data dashboards based on defined scope and data sets in accordance with the Project charter and business needs.
- Designing and implementing scalable and robust data architecture and infrastructure to support the organization’s data needs.
- Translating data into actionable business insights.
- Overseeing the ingestion, modeling, and integration of data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Building and maintaining data pipelines and data analysis by providing impactful reports & analysis to business.
- Proposing and developing new approaches, programs, and techniques.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
As a Data Analyst, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience (3-5 years) and expertise in Project Implementation as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or IT Project Manager.
- Technical or business background (BA, solution architect) with strong business knowledge and analytical skills.
- Expertise in process mining, including query and dashboard design experience, and proficiency in analytical dashboards.
- Prior experience in process mining dashboards, preferably with Celonis, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in data-driven and visualization/BI tools, SQL, and Python.
- Strong motivation for transformation, digital technologies, process change, and efficiency.
- Capacity to manage complex topics with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Pragmatic and resourceful, known as a “doer” who executes tasks quickly and efficiently.
Handover will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
