Junior/Specialist Private Capital OVRK LUX
Responsibilities:
- Ownership verification for funds of funds, private equity and real estate funds including their SPVs and all underlying structures based on the provided documentation.
- Record keeping of investment transactions such as capital calls and distributions for funds of funds, equity purchase, debt financing and real estate investments for PERE funds.
- Reviewing investment documentation such as Limited Partnership Agreements. Subscription agreements, shareholder/land registers, Capital Account Statements in order to verify ownership of the assets invested.
- Identifying if all documentation received and contact the client if additional documents needed.
- According to directives (AIFMD) and regulations performing cash monitoring and other depositary controls over funds of funds and PERE funds.
- Preparation of portfolio reports based on own record keeping, liaison with counterparties and locations.
- Investigating discrepancies and ensuring strong internal controls
- Maintaining communication and relations with internal and external clients and other key stakeholders
- Active participation in the evolution of the department
- Supporting the integration of new operational activities
- Being main point of contact for clients
Requirements
- University degree or Student
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of Private Capital will be considered as an advantage
- Understanding of the recordkeeping process of transactions such as capital calls and distributions for funds of funds, equity purchase, debt financing, and real estate investments for PERE funds will be considered as an advantage
- Understanding of the AIFMD regulation
- Technical expertise on relevant applications associated to the process, including knowledge on FIA e-Front platform will be considered as an advantage.
