Junior Specialist in Cash Monitoring

Cash Monitoring is a part of Depositary Fiduciary Services domain of BNP Paribas providing depositary service to Clients from multiple locations. As a part of BNP Paribas CIB Poland, we create a dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw to provide asset and fund services for a number of locations across the world. Junior Specialist in Cash Monitoring 

Requirements:

• Fluency in English as working language.
• Proven track record of work in operational area and good knowledge about Investment Fund Industry will be an advantage.
• University degree (Finance, Economics, Law) or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong time management, organizational skills and high accuracy.
• Good interpersonal skills, impeccable manners.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong communication skills – oral & written. 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze discrepancies detected in significant cash flows, cash reconciliation and unsettled trades processes to secure stable and timely delivery of the assignments
• Contact relevant teams to justify not recognized cash movement, receive an action plan towards cash reconciliation discrepancies and unsettled trades.         
• Raises detected potential risks to senior staff and Team Leader to ensure stable progress of Cash Monitoring processes                                                            
• Supports process improvements and projects to improve process quality and cost efficiencies.
