Junior/Specialist in Global Market Data Management Team
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably finance, analysis, econometrics) or equivalent professional experience,
- Basic knowledge of the investment funds industry and securities market,
- Fluency in English language is mandatory,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is required,
- Fluency with VBA and Power BI is will be an advantage,
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Highly accurate, dedicated to quality and stress resilient.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor integration of various data into investment compliance and cash monitoring systems in an accurate and timely manner,
- investigate, take necessary actions and provide support to solve issues within the process and ensure quality of services
- Control and analyze the scope of expected data ensuring the effectiveness of daily operations in the team,
- Participate in internal reporting activities to measure the quality of service,
- Support the integration of the new client’s operational activities,
- Create and update an operational procedures/manual,
- Provide on the job training for colleagues,
- Participate in testing new applications/ features providing reliable feedback,
- Analyze and define opportunities to improve current share of processes.
