Junior IT Business Analyst DFS Engineering

As a Junior IT Business Analyst, you will be part of the DFS IT Team in B-Infinit IT Hub in Poland, which oversees delivering process and system changes required by the business. Junior IT Business Analyst DFS Engineering

Responsibilities: 

• Gathering and analysing requirements from business stakeholders 
• Contribute to end-to-end solutions 
• Managing change requests and following their lifecycle
• Support in preparing basic estimates and cost-benefit analysis for DFS process improvements
• Documenting functional & technical changes to be performed and help to define related acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with teams to validate new requirements 
• Assist in testing new solutions, including preparing test data and coordinating user acceptance.

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on Depositary and Fiduciary Services (DFS), Custody, or Securities Services.
• Passion for professional grow with a drive to develop in area of IT Business Analysis.
• Proven experience in project-based work and process improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal).
• Strong self-organization skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Nice-to-have:
  • Exposure to Agile/Waterfall methodologies (no technical tools required).
  • General IT awareness (no SQL or coding needed)
