Spain IT Production
Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organization includes Infrastructure services, Telecom & Workspace, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.
ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
ITGP Global Telecom and Workspace is responsible to provide IT Services to our clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Infrastructures (Active Directory, Messaging, Instant Messaging, Desktop ...) as well as elements of the Global Services organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the ITGP Telecom and Workspace, the Level 2 Team is responsible of the request management, incident management, deployment of the core applications and the packaging operations for BNP Paribas devices.
The Workspace Packaging Production role is a part of the Global Application Packaging Services team which creates packages for different domains, sites and platforms. This role is key to ensure standards across the several domains, sites, entities and platforms are met.
The jobholder will be also responsible for occasionally creating applications compatible with the different entities and domains.
Position Key Accountabilities:
· Application packaging Installation documents (Create + verify)
· Create and validate windows installer MSI and MST package using Admin Studio tool
· Create and validate Intune packages
· Automation process using PowerShell, VBScript and batch scripts
· Ensure that packages are aligned to strictly defined application packaging standards
· Check packaging configurations, validation and qualification
· Test application package installation (Smoke Test + UAT Test)
· Configure production application deployments on MECM CB and/or Intune
· Act as subject matter expert when required
· Document processes
REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years’ experience in a similar environment. Multinational + 10000 users at least.
At least 3 years’ experience creating MSI and MST packages using Microsoft Best Practices
PowerShell, VBS Scripting and/or batch scripting
Application Packaging tools knowledge such as Admin Studio Wise, Sequencer and/or any other
Install shield fundamentals (in particular Install shield 15)
Windows 10 11 Operating system configuration and support
Experience in packaging for Intune
Talented scripting and custom action creation
MECM CB Application delivery knowledge
Working closely with the relevant technology teams to guarantee service stability
Document care to ensure that papers are maintained and updated to a high standard
Manage integrations with other toolsets such as ITSM, Software Asset Management and Vulnerability Management
ITIL Foundation Knowledge
Advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
High English spoken and written fluent (B2/C)
French spoken and written will be valued.
