Position Purpose
Manage services offerings or all the teams within Production Factories co-ordinating/assisting in co ordination with all team leads and the users
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Ensure the consistency of the services offerings within Production Factories in terms of Service and product description, road maps, feedback loop with users
- Setup a costing model taking into account underlying products and their usage where applicable
- Responsible for ensuring the lifecycle of the product(s) is consistent from inception to run
- Enforcing alignment to the BNP Paribas group and CIB, IT Norms and standards Assisting the project teams where necessary with the choice of technical solutions to meet the needs of business representatives, assisting them in the management of technical and implementation risks
- Contributing to Architecture Reviews
- Responsible for piloting the product evolution and consumption through relevant KPIs
- Based on various Products roadmap, build and maintain a consolidated production factories service offering roadmap
- Coordinate with dependencies where necessary: external product owners, infrastructure and security teams
- Ensure the production factories offerings are included in an end to end service offering view.
- Ensure regular communication is made with users for every product but also the end to end view. This includes feedback loop
- Have appreciation of production readiness and work with teams to understand user requirements
- Ensure dependencies intra production factories are well understood and are smoothly managed in terms of visibility and priorities.
- Help identify efficiencies in processes and contribute to their automation
- Asset management: ensure inventory of all infra assets of Production factories are up to date and available to all relevant staff.
- Identifying and documenting environment assets ﴾roles, work products, processes, tools, hardware, software, data, interfaces, access rights, security measures﴿
- Obsolescence management: Ensure the obsolescence management for Production Factories is thoroughly followed with regular follow up and controls.
- Overseeing the transversal initiatives within production factories either directly or by delegation this includes Audit topics (ISO, OPC controls etc…).
- Understand the needs of all stakeholders, documenting the rationale for making those architectural decisions of the proposed choices
- Contributing to the shaping and execution of the bank's strategy in terms of Cloud adoption
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
