Position Purpose 

The primary purpose of the role is to execute the recruitment deliverables for Manila CoE based in BGC, Taguig City. The candidate will work closely with the line managers and business heads to derive BAU recruitment. The primary responsibility is to manage high quality recruiting and exhibit high-level importance to the risk and compliance framework of the organization. This role will involve stakeholder management and MIS along with coverage on procedure management and controls.

Responsibilities 

Direct Responsibilities 

  • This role is responsible for the delivery of search, selection and end-to-end recruitment services for the organization.
  • This position is assigned to support business specific hiring requirements, allocation based on vacancy type, volume, and complexity.
  • The ideal candidate will personally network with potential candidate pools using advanced persuasion, negotiation, and talent assessment skills to recruit high caliber candidates for the organization.
  • Ensures a healthy balance of various recruitment avenues such as Direct sourcing through Job Portals, Employee Referral, Recruitment Consultant Campus and Social Media platforms
  • Evaluating candidates and understanding of profiles by doing thorough screening or HR interviews.
  • Monitor selected candidates until onboarding and provide necessary backfilling in cases of withdrawal or reneged.  
  • Ensure that assessments and interviews conducted by the business are aligned with the company’s core values
  • Working closely with the ISPL HRSS team and making sure that all the requirements have adequate traction
  • Understands business dynamics including growth strategies and headcount conversion
  • Builds on existing strong relationships with other Sr. Recruiters/Recruiting Manager and hiring managers to understand recruiting needs & map appropriate talent pools.
  • Interacts and supports line managers in implementation of the HR policies relating to recruitment.

Procedure Management (Risk & Controls)

  • Ensuring all documentation for hiring is up to date.
  • Ensuring 100% adherence to the recruitment and compliance procedures defined by the organisation.
  • Adaptable to change and ensuring the implementation of all organization changes related to compliance, procedures and legal requirements relating to recruitment.
  • Manage and maintain business specific and individual recruitment ATS & dashboards

Technical Skills and Qualifications 

Must have:  

  • Ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition Processes and tools with at least 5-8 years end-to-end recruiting experience in this field.  
  • Strong background in recruiting for banking operations and/or technical positions in a large-scale environment.  
  • Capable of handling volume recruitment and engage in recruiting initiatives during off season.  
  • Must be able to deliver the fulfilment of volume hiring requirements with minimal supervision.   
  • Take part in sourcing initiatives for various channels which includes Employee Referral Drives, Job Marketing, Campus Hiring activities.  
  • Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
