  • Real Assets seats within specialized lending and includes Asset (Aviation, Shipping, Rail) and Export Finance, Energy Resources and Infrastructure, and Real Estate teams
  • The Real Assets Execution Analyst plays a central role in the organization by managing and coordinating transversally across the different Real Assets business lines, among other things, the initiation and follow-up of Know Your Customer (KYC) requests in coordination with Relationship Managers.  Also, support the Credit Portfolio Management teams within Real Assets on administrative and operational aspects related to the deal-life-cycle of the transactions

Your Main Activities Are

  • Support the Credit Portfolio Management (CPM) teams within Real Assets on administrative and operational aspects related to the deal-life-cycle of the transactions:
    1. Initiation and follow-up of Know Your Customer (KYC) requests and client on-boarding
    2. Submission into the Real Assets credit workflow system
    3. Controls performed on internal systems reflecting the main features of the transactions
  • Contribute to transversal tasks upon request:
    1. Review of transaction data inputs into for accuracy
    2. Consistency review of data inputs and output
    3. Management of client data base (on and off boarding of clients)

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Law or Social Sciences
  • Up to 2 years of relevant working experience in KYC / Due Diligence
  • Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Office package (Excel)
