Position Purpose:
As a of member DevOps team part of WM Technical Office you will manage the CICD toolchain of WMIS including integration with other DEVOPS tools offered across BNP Paribas Group. You will work closely with WMIS Development team, Security & Architecture teams to deliver standardized consistent builds and deployment processes and guidelines.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
• Build and manage CI/CD tools & pipeline for Wealth Management applications.
• Manage integration with Ansible tower, Argo CD
• Develop and administer DevSecOps integration with Fortify & NexusIQ.
• Manage and maintain platform patches and upgrades.
• Onboard Wealth Management applications in the CI/CD toolchain
• Monitoring of CICD Infrastructure with Dynatrace
• Automating recurring operating actions including but not limited to Infrastructure and application.
• Develop & publish regular reporting on usage of CI/CD tools
• Develop and enhance CI CD pipeline/shared library for WMIS applications
• Practical DevOps experience with GitLab (CI/CD pipelines, branching, environment management, automated testing).
• Experience with security scanning tools and secure SDLC practices.
• Exposure to secret management, encryption and secure file transfer solutions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex production and performance issues.
• Report exceptions, risks, issues, and attention points
Contributing Responsibilities
• Collaborate across teams to improve build, integration, and deployment process.
• Contribute to architecture & design of Wealth Management toolchain.
• Define standards and best practice.
• Supporting development teams to secure and speed up project delivery, implementing technical user stories, independently or by coordinating the right players.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
• Hands on experience on CI/CD toolchain (Jenkins, Git, Sonarqube, Artifactory)
• Strong knowledge on build tools like Maven, Gradle, NPM
• Experience and strong knowledge on continuous deployment tools
• Exposure in DevSecOps tools like OWASP, Fortify, NexusIQ
• Knowledge on building container images
• Hands-on experience in Ansible
• Strong Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python and/or Bash)
• Knowledge on Linux Operating system, Shell Scripting, Digital-Release deployments
Good to have.
• Good understanding of Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and implementation of same in real world along with exposure to associated tool sets (JIRA/Confluence)
• Experience in building & administering Kubernetes cluster is a strong plus point.
• Knowledge of ELK administration & preparing dashboards
• Hands on with Atlassian products (Bitbucket, Crowd)
• cloud environments experience with IBM Cloud or AWS or Azure
• Having experience with scriptrunner
