WHO WE ARE
The Trade Finance Service Centre, with 100 + professionals, supports traditional trade products (guarantees, documentary credits) for Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK. It operates within Global Banking Operations, driving seamless service across Europe.

MISSION

  • Optimize operational efficiency of TradeFinance within the EMEA region.
  • Promote and support transformation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of processes and procedures across all locations.
  • Enable smooth digital migration and user adoption for new tools.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide first‑level user support for the Dwings and eBanking tool ecosystem.
  • Analyse, log and coordinate incident resolution in Service Now, communicating outcomes to users.
  • Deliver Dwings training and support migrations (enrichment files, UAT) and releases.
  • Create and share usage guidelines for eBanking tools.
  • Report activity metrics and incident trends to management and key stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Good understanding of guarantees products and related operational tools (Atlas, EPS, Aval, TDR).
  • Strong command of Word and Excel; experience with Service Now is a plus.
  • English C1 (mandatory); French (advantageous but not required).
  • Proven organizational, analytical and risk‑management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, make decisions, communicate clearly and work proactively in a team.
