The Cash Management Outbound Sales Manager role is based within the Cash Management metier of CIB. Primary focus is to achieve new sales income for the group by originating leads while building and maintaining strategic relationships with existing clients and developing new clients. The candidate will engage in consultative selling by identifying client needs and providing innovative solutions to target clients.
This position is critical to achieve balanced and continued growth of the franchise. This position is critical in continuing our recent success of the MNC segment while we taking strategic aims to grow our LLC (outbound) segment. This position will also serve as a central conduit to help focus the team (both immediate as well as expanded) on a common, client centric goal.

Direct Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Determine pricing strategy and negotiate on terms and solutions
Come up with marketing and sales angle and execute against it
Track pipeline progress and collaborate/update multiple stakeholders and partners
Penetrate and win outbound deals from the Korean Large Corporates
Act as a key focal point connecting Corporate Coverage, HQ Korea, and regional/local Cash Sales teams across overseas markets.
Develop and foster strong relationships across Corporate Coverage, HQ Korea, and overseas Cash Sales teams to drive effective collaboration and ensure consistent client coverage, timely execution and strong commercial outcomes.
Build and foster strong cross-border relationships to drive collaboration, identify outbound opportunities and ensure seamless client coverage and execution.
Be comfortable working with Korea regulatory functions and government entities
Serve as the resident expert in local regulations to be able to advise clients and other counterparties
Engage and conduct marketing and sales using latest digital platforms and tools (i.e., webinars)
Have commercial, P&L awareness and actively help manage to improve and achieve a healthy P&L
Contributing Responsibilities
In addition to the primary role as Outbound Sales manager, this position will also be responsible for other front office concerns including Product, Implementation, and Client Service. Backup arrangements and workload rebalancing will be determined through ongoing discussions with the team and the team head.

While prior Outbound Cash Sales experience is preferred, candidates with extensive experience as an Inbound (MNC) Cash Product Sales or Cash Product Manager who has a strong commercial mindset are highly encouraged to apply. Strong technical domain expertise in cash management, combined with a track record of client engagement, will be fully recognized as transferable for this outbound growth role.
