Would you like to join our international team that delivers end-to-end solutions (applications and operations activities) to businesses of BNP Paribas Personal Finance Group entities around the world?
In a context, we are looking for a Developer responsible of support the design, development, and migration of APIs, ensuring high standards of security, scalability, and performance. This role involves working with cutting-edge gateway technologies and collaborating with international teams in a dynamic environment.
Main responsibilities:
- API Management & Migration: Support the design, development, and maintenance of APIs using Apigee and AXWAY, with a primary focus on the strategic migration of legacy APIs from AXWAY to Apigee.
- Apigee Administration: Manage and optimize Shared Flows, implement custom API Policies (Traffic Management, Security, Mediation), and ensure efficient proxy configurations.
- Security & Identity: Assist in the configuration and management of access and identities using CyberArk to ensure secure credential management.
- Lifecycle Support: Provide comprehensive technical documentation and L2/L3 support for developed APIs.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to the definition of API design guidelines and best practices.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with multidisciplinary teams to gather technical requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
- Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents related to the API Gateway and identity layers.
IT Tools
- API Gateway Expertise: Hands-on experience with Apigee (Policies, Shared Flows, Proxy development) and AXWAY.
- Security Protocols: Deep understanding of HTTPS and TLS encryption for secure communication.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Proficiency in OAuth 2.0 flows, including the management of Client IDs, Client Secrets, and Token Introspection.
- Network Security: Basic knowledge of WAF (Web Application Firewall)
- Infrastructure: Familiarity with CyberArk for privileged access management.

- International Communication: Fluent English is mandatory, as the role requires daily collaboration and coordination with international teams.
- Problem Solving: Ability to take complex technical challenges with autonomy, creativity, and a proactive mindset.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both specialized and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Capacity to gather and interpret relevant data to make informed technical decisions.
