In Frankfurt we are looking for you to join us in a full-time or part-time, permanent position as Analyst / Associate – ECGO (all genders) in Growth Capital & Solutions

BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) is engaged with a broad client base ranging from Large Multinational and Mid-sized Corporates, institutional investors as well as financial services providers (Institutionals). The division is, among others, a leading provider of investment banking, dept capital markets and sustainable financing services.
This role sits with the Growth Capital & Solutions (GC&S) team, a transversal team in CIB encompassing experts across coverage, strategic advisory (incl. Equity Private Placement), non-dilutive financing and VC coverage. The GC&S team focuses on three key sectors: Fintech & Insurtech, NextGen Tech, and Low Carbon Transition Accelerators.

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Qualitative and quantitative analyses of fintech & insurtech and more broadly technology business models
- Targeted research of the tech. ecosystem and in particular fintech & insurtech verticals incl. lendtech, neobanks/neobrokers, payments, wealthtech, banking as a service (BaaS) etc. to identify opportunities
- Idea and solution generation for financial requirements fintechs & insurtechs have or may have in the future
- Monitor of the overall risks (credit/counterparty, compliance, CSR etc.) of a portfolio of companies with the banker in charge of the relationship
- Support on the execution of transactions and implementation of products/solutions including preparing screening/credit papers
- Fulfill requirements regarding KYC during onboarding and on an ongoing basis
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Degree in economics, finance, management, computer science, engineering, math or any of the sciences
- Ideally first experience in working for a fintech, insurtech or prior internship experience with a PE, VC, bank or consultancy
- Strong interest in tech and ideally fintech & insurtech ecosystem
- Independent and organized approach to work
- Communicative, open-minded and team-oriented working style
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Full professional fluency in Englisch
- German oral and written skills are a plus
