About the job

  • Act as the quality assurance of GBO Portugal towards the beneficiaries of the services of the platform and Portugal platform

Your Main Activities Are

  • Define the parameters of quality and performance to be followed by GBO Portugal platform, assess the level of maturity of the teams regarding these parameters, define and implement the action plans to tackle areas that need to be developed
  • Act as the SPOC for GBO Portugal regarding BCP, GDPR, Shadow IT, and other topics towards the Portugal platform ensuring the alignment with its guidelines and principles
  • Ensure the alignment of quality of service delivered to the GBO Portugal beneficiaries, ensure the existence and update of SLAs, governance, quality of service measurement, animation
  • Lead Continuous Improvement for GBO Portugal, cultivating the lean principles, identifying synergies between GBO Portugal scopes and proposing implementation of processes improvements
  • Support GBO Portugal teams with controls and quality related tasks under operations scope, such as presentation of OPC KPIs, preparation of C4 controls samples

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations or Risk and Controls
  • Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
  • Attention to detail / rigor
  • Organisational skills
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Critical thinking
  • Analytical ability
  • Organization and Strategy - BNP Paribas Organisation knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office Pack (Excel and PowerPoint)
