Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
· Regular meeting with Operations heads / Managers and identify the training needs
· Preparation of training calendar by contributing to the identified training needs
· Ensure functional/technical training of the process to the new all staffs joining GSO
· Ensure refresher trainings/workshops to the existing employees
· Training design, content creation and develop self-learning modules on need base. Digitalisation of FTA learning.
· Ensure the quality and standardization of the FTA training contents, assessment and delivery.
· Accommodating FTA clients requirements and assisting in enabling the business knowledge base.
