About Business line/Function:
ITG is a group function established in ISPL since 2019 with presence in Mumbai, Chennai. We collaborate with various business lines of the group to provide IT Services.
Position Purpose:
Ensure the functional quality of the SARA application by designing and executing functional and regression tests to validate compliance with requirements and maintain application stability. The candidate will collaborate with international teams based in France and India.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
• Test Design
Ø Create functional and regression test scenarios based on specifications and use cases.
Ø Define test data sets to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Test Execution
Ø Perform functional and regression test campaigns.
Ø Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
Ø Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Reporting & Documentation
Ø Prepare detailed test reports (results, coverage, defects).
Ø Maintain up-to-date documentation of test plans and cases.
• Automation
Ø Develop, execute and maintain automation test scripts according to the enterprise Automation Framework standards.
Ø API, Robotframework, Selenium, Strong SQL knowledge, Familiarity with CSS, HTML
Contributing Responsibilities
Ø Excellent communications skills with strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
Ø Experienced using Octane and Jira for Test Artifacts management.
Ø Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and associated scripts
Ø Develop and document strategies for repeated tests
Ø Execute and evaluate test plans and test cases
Ø Analyze software test results and recommend corrective actions
Ø Perform troubleshooting and debugging of test cases
Ø Monitor and report progress on test plans and cases
Ø Work collaboratively with other team members

Specific Qualifications:
Worked in Agile environment
Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Functional Testing and Regression Testing principles.
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM/OCtane, Jira, or equivalent).
- Good understanding of software development life cycle.
- Any on automation tools is a must (Selenium / Robot framework)
- Java , Python, SQL knowledge
- API testing

- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven.
Education Level:
· Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
· At least 5 years IT Software QA/Test Lead experience
