Team Missions & Objectives
- FRS is an IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market.
- FRS is a worldwide organizational model that will contribute to tackle major challenges of the Group’s transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and Risk Community through a progressive shift to new technologies and best practices.
- FRS organization is the outcome of several convergences: between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams.
- FRS is part of the ITG organization (ITG in Europe and ITO overseas) with a threefold sponsorship: ITG, Finance and RISK.
- Within FRS, FRS Brazil is a team in charge of servicing local Finance systems and users on Brazil scope, attending the internal process required for Local Regulatory Reporting activities.
Main Responsabilities
Your main responsibility is to lead the developers within FRS Brazil team, ensuring the day-by-day support and that enhancements are implemented with regularity for in-house developed tools. Your main goals include:
- Guiding developers within the team
- Organizing and conducting the Kanban Replenishment Meeting, making sure the backlog is discussed and addressed considering the backlog and prioritization realized with users
- Monitoring the deliveries and activities to make sure the deliveries with expected quality
- Controlling and addressing obsolescence associated to local developed systems
- Contributing to the solution design, proposing innovative solutions for FRS platform and aligned with FRS AMER strategies
- Producing the IT documentation and making sure the new solutions are proper documented and following SDLC.
- Producing KPIs to communicate on the status of the activities
- Managing escalation to management & sponsors when required
- Managing risks
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced English
- IT experience in the banking sector
- Good knowledge of the Agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban)
- Experience and knowledge in using JIRA and PowerBI tools.
- Strong knowledge in C# and .NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET WEB Api, SQL Server and Oracle
- Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Angular, TypeScript
- Proactive behaviour regarding the ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
- Organizational skills: autonomy, capacity to manage several tasks in parallel, capacity to prioritize activities
- Communication skills: ability to simplify complex information and capability to work and interact with people of different expertise and hierarchical level
- Strong analytical mind and problem solving mind set
- Availability for travel
