What will your daily life look like on your first mission ?
An exceptional offer for young engineering graduates: As a Graduate, you will have a permanent contract (CDI) within BNP Paribas CIB ITO
- You will start with an 18-month immersion within the same department, consisting of 2 to 3 rotations based in Paris. The richness of the program is that it can evolve in different IT teams for 18 months, with the possibility of carrying out two or three missions throughout the program in France and possibly abroad depending on the opportunities open to you.
- To enhance your skills and quickly acquire the keys to professional development, mentoring is at the heart of the Tech Graduate Program at CIB ITO. From the beginning of the program, each Graduate will meet their Mentor: a senior manager with whom you will regularly exchange on your training, your questions, and who can help you build a solid network within the BNP Paribas Group. We know that sharing skills is crucial for learning and advancing in your career.
- The Tech Graduate Program is also a network: both thanks to your "buddy," a person from your team who will guide you in your integration at BNP Paribas, and thanks to regular networking events with other Graduates and young talents of the Group. Thus, you will have the opportunity to discover our different activities and professions, in a spirit of promotion that will be a perfect transition from your former student life. Finally, continuous training is part of the DNA of this Graduate Program: you will benefit from a wide range of training on hard skills and soft skills, as well as conferences and round tables to prepare you to meet the challenges of the Bank of tomorrow.
Missions, team and work environment, what does it look like ?
To contribute to the "CIB ITO " activity, your mission will be to participate in the product development cycle, and to ensure the application development, integration, and interfacing with new countries or clients, and the implementation of new functional modules. In an international and very rich environment, you will participate in the deployment of major projects.
Main activities In this capacity, you will be involved in all or part of the following activities:
- You will define and contribute to the implementation of the technical solution in response to business needs.
- You will write scoping documents.
- You will participate in the design of the solution
- You will write clean, maintainable, secure, robust and efficient source code and work in collaboration with other developers in their daily work promoting best practices
- You will review code and provide constructive feedback to peer to ensure high-quality code.
- You will formalize the technical documentation
- You will implement the testing strategy to ensure the required quality level
- You will participate in project cycles and ensure the continuous improvement of development processes.

Are you our next Tech Graduate CIB IT Developer (M/F)?
The Graduate Program is for graduates with less than 2 years of experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships) and a maximum of 24 months of professional experience post-graduation. You should have:
- Bac+5 degree from an engineering school or equivalent university with an IT specialization.
- Passionate about new technologies.
- Willingness and ability to work with local and remote multicultural teams.
- Interested in corporate finance.
In terms of technical skills, you’re the person we’re looking for if:
- You have a good understanding of software development cycles, IT practices to make code reliable, readable, maintainable, and of good quality.
- You master at least one of the following development languages (JAVA, C#, Python, etc....).
- You master the rules, principles, and practices of IT development (DEVOPS) as well as development and continuous integration tools (GitHub, Ansible, Jenkins, ELK, Kubernetes, etc...).
- You understand the main issues related to data, security, and their management.
- You will ensure a watch to keep up to date with new technologies (Data Analytics, Cloud...).
Are you fascinated by new technologies and keeping abreast of new trends? Can you adapt quickly in a demanding environment? Have you demonstrated your creativity, proactiveness, initiative in problem solving and decision making? Focused on results, are you constantly looking to improve your performance & knowledge ? Do you have strong analytical and collaborative skills? Are you a good team player?
Last but not least, do you have a good level of English and French (equivalent to or higher than C1)?
How to join the program?
Very simple, send us your CV! You will receive an invitation to take online tests and, if selected, you will participate in a half-day HR assessment. A meeting with one or more Managers and a member of Human Resources, and if the fit is mutual, you are a Graduate!
