Role Purpose

The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing the Bank’s Administrative Follow Up / Watchlist / Close Monitoring portfolio, leading financial assessment, restructuring and multi-bank coordination activities to minimize credit risk and maximize recovery outcomes, in close collaboration with Branch Network, Risk Management, Legal and relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor customers within the Administrative Follow Up / Watchlist / Close Monitoring scope, ensuring timely action plans and escalation where required.
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis, cash-flow assessment and scenario modelling to evaluate repayment capacity and identify sustainable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver TEB / BNPP Group required Credit Committee materials, exsuring timely submission and ensuring high-quality Executive presentation. 
  • Lead financial restructuring processes (FYY / FRA), including term structuring (tenor/pricing/grace), covenant design, collateral framework and documentation inputs.
  • Coordinate and represent the Bank in multi-bank / consortium structures, including interbank negotiations, standstill/waiver processes and creditor alignment.
  • Work closely with Branch teams and Risk Management to ensure consistent credit strategy, field execution and proper risk classification.
  • Prepare executive-level materials for Senior Management, including single-name updates, portfolio insights and restructuring performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory frameworks while driving high governance standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related fields. MBA is a plus. 
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in banking sector and/or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in FYY / FRA restructuring projects.
  • Strong understanding of multi-bank lending structures and creditor coordination.
  • Solid financial analysis and modelling skills (Excel mandatory).
  • Proven ability to work with both commercial teams (branches) and risk/control functions.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, suitable for senior-level reporting and negotiations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. 
  • Clear and concise executive communication (written & verbal).
  • Team leadership and multi-stakeholder coordination.
