Settlement Specialist in Funds Dealing Service Team
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Funds Industry or Accounting would be an advantage
- English and French on advanced level (B2/C1) is a must
- Bachelor or above (field of study: finance, banking, accounting, investment)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn
Responsibilities:
- Process daily transactions to deliver required services in accordance with SLA requirements
- Perform daily activities to ensure the process is delivered within established procedures
- Escalate any system or process issues to ensure immediate actions are taken by management
- Propose process enhancements to ensure the proper delivery of FDS targets
- Collaborate closely with team members and business partners to provide excellent customer service
