The Transition Office is crucial in ensuring that intragroup outsourcing and shoring initiatives are implemented consistently and safely across the EMEA Centers of Expertise of the Group. As a Senior Transition Officer, you will support, coordinate, and enforce the successful delivery of transitions in an efficient, safe, and sustainable manner.
Senior Transition Officer
Responsibilities:
- Enforce the Transition Framework, conduct kick-off calls, oversee key milestones, and report on transition status
- Coordinate and oversee key projects/initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and geographies
- Provide advisory and technical support to stakeholders, ensuring accurate documentation and safeguarding transition criteria
- Collaborate at the local and global levels to define and execute the team’s vision and strategy
- Enhance the team’s methods and governance, implementing optimal governance for Transition Steering, Framework, and Oversight
- Foster best practices and knowledge sharing within the team and across Centers of Expertise
- Design and support the production of reports for decision-making purposes
- Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in Business Management, Strategy Development, Project Management, Finance
- Fluency in English (min. C1 level)
- MA degree in Business Management, Business Inteligence & Reporting or Finance & Economics
- Strong understanding of Finance, Risk, Audit and Regulatory requirements
- Proved change management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience in project management would be an advantage
