Position Purpose
· This is a hands-on position with responsibility on end-to-end technical requirements of the application architecture, system design & development.
· To assist and directly work with regional (Singapore) technical delivery team in performing Technical Architecture and all technical deliverables for Global eBanking platform (Front Office & Back Office Applications) for BAU & New Initiatives of Supply Chain Financing IT.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
· Taking complete ownership of technical design of the asset and understand each component in detail
· Play a key role on IT Risk topics like Technology & Infra Obsolescence and Vulnerability management
· Work with team to develop robust software adhering to the timelines & following all the CIB standard guidelines
· Act proactively to ensure smooth technical architecture and design reviews and effective collaboration.
· Ensure that the tasks are delivered on time without any delays and deliveries are of high-quality standards
· Collaborate well with BA, QA and RM teams to make sure the deliverables are addressed.
· Proactive status reporting to the management and actively participate in all technical discussions
· Create Contingency and Backup planning as necessary. Create Mitigation Plan.
· To perform application version control and DevSecOps implementation & maintenance.
· To perform thorough review of release build deliveries given by vendor development team to ensure accuracy and quality.
· To manage Test environments stability and availability. To support SIT/UAT testing by timely resolving any technical issues and to ensure accuracy of system config.
Contributing Responsibilities
· To participate and contribute solution improvement ideas during Functional solution walkthrough sessions organized by Business Analyst team.
· Play the role of technical architect and coach team members as and when required to meet the target architecture
· Gain functional knowledge on application worked upon
· Create knowledge repositories and reusable components for future reference.
· Arrange knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team's technical capability.
· Evaluation of new tools and coming with POCs.
· Provide feedback of team to upper management on timely basis.
· Expert in database concepts & performance tuning
· Expert in resolving identified code vulnerabilities
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· Expert in using Java (11, 17), Angular (14, 15, 17), Micro services, Oracle 19C and REST APIs
· Knowledge in using all DevOps Tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket, Ansible
· Exposure to SonarQube and configuring Quality Gates and Rules
· Hands on knowledge on containerization and orchestration of containers using Docker and Kubernetes
· Exposure to Regression, Performance and security testing and respective tools
· Experience in dealing with Data model design and optimization
· Exposure to Access and Identity Management protocols such as Oauth2 , OIDC
· Must be able to interact with development, test & production support team
