Position Purpose
To support the Project Management activities of the Department. Track resource requisitions and facilitate in managing the interviews along with updating the status appropriately.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Work with ISPL PM team to update the HC phasing received from Onshore in the ISPL budget tool
- Help in discussing with ISPL Finance team to get the detailed cost accrual / incurred data on monthly basis
- Generate necessary reports for ISPL Head of & ISPL Senior Management
- Help in getting the interview slots from Onshore and schedule interviews
- Help in tracking the interview status of the candidates sourced from ISPL, Capgemini and other Vendors
- Help in scheduling first round screening interview and raise appropriate request in ISPL internal tools (BWelcome + Beeline)
- Create asset and software requests required for new joiner
- Track the issues of new joiners and highlight to Manager for action
- Help to collect the team information and share with Management
- Help to conduct Employee Engagement initiatives for the team members
- Provide necessary stationaries to the team
- Helping in tracking the team leave details and highlight to ISPL Head
Contributing Responsibilities
- Help in collecting necessary information for the SteerCo meetings
- Help in discussing with ISPL OPC & Audit team and provide necessary inputs
- Help to collate the info from all the teams during internal audits
- Ensure reports are submitted on timely basis to ISPL Management
- Help to collect the info required for Business Crisis Management activities
- Maintain the inventory of project assets (Mac book, Yubikey, mobiles, etc.)
- Work with Admin team to secure necessary seats in the premises and manage infra requests
- Work with Transport team to ensure appropriate shift cab services to the team
- Help to provide necessary information required for ISPL Transformation team
- Help in scheduling periodic review meetings with ISPL Head & ISPL team members
- Track the timely completion of mandatory trainings by ISPL staffs
- Help to block meeting rooms during Onshore visits
- Help to obtain the travel documents required for Onshore visitors
- Review the documents required for ISPL members during their travel
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Thorough knowledge on Microsoft tools and good communication skills.
