In a context of maintaining the high level of existing activities while growing the number of international customers, we are looking for our Scrum Master with a solid knowledge of Agile and technical background, supporting continuous improvement through feedback or other initiatives to improve squad efficiency. .
Mission:
Will manage the activity of 3 squads of iSF team , being a internal collaborator from SET. In this mission, as Scrum master, you will act as:
- A true leader who fosters an environment where the Product Owners and Squads can collaborate effectively.
- Ensuring the successful application of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Agile@Scale) and promotes continuous improvement, transparency, and delivery excellence within data focused squads.
- You will coach and support the Squad, Product Owner, and stakeholders, ensuring Agile principles are embedded and practiced. As a change agent, you will champion Agile ways of working across the organization and contribute to governance and PMO requirements.

Main responsibilities :
- Agile Leadership & Facilitation
- Champion Agile values and principles within the Squad.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to Agile practices and coach the team on continuous improvement.
- Promote a collaborative, transparent, and positive team environment.
- Squad Support & Delivery
- Guide the Squads and Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and estimation.
- Monitor sprint progress and support the resolution of technical, organizational, or interpersonal blockers.
- Empower the teams to self-organize and make collaborative decisions.
- Ensure timely delivery of product increments and reliable reporting of progress.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Foster alignment between iSF analysts, ISF Developments, and business stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams to remove impediments.
- Support Agile@Scale initiatives and integration of new team members.
- Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to PMO and organizational governance requirements.
- Develop reusable tools and content for the Agile community.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
What we are looking for:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- You have minimum 3 years of proven success in related position, in complex and international environments.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects.
- Strong understanding of financial business logic, engineering, governance, and security.
- Effective stakeholder management and governance capabilities.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and risk management.
- Awareness of Lean, DevSecOps, Design Thinking, and Agile@Scale.
- Ability to build and support new Squads, Tribes, and Guilds.
- Awareness and appreciation of IT and Business Risk & Cybersecurity
- Ability to design effective prompts to leverage Gen AI tools across IT domains (e.g., development, testing, data generation, documentation).
- You are engaged in day-to-day activities.
- You have a transformation mindset, looking for the excellency.
- You demonstrate analytical and diagnostic skills dealing with issues that are ambiguous, lack known precedent or appear contradictory.

• Languages:
1. Fluent level of English is a must.
2. Fluent in Spanish and/or French.
